Notice Description

Together Housing Association (THA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a fully managed, end-to-end networking service for a series of dedicated critical-infrastructure networks deployed across THG care schemes. These networks support essential services such as telephony, environmental systems (e.g., boilers and plant room equipment), and other life-safety or operational technology. Maintaining exceptionally high availability is fundamental to THG's duty of care and operational resilience. Together housing is seeking a solution that can be delivered in a collaborative, long-term partnership, not just a transactional supplier arrangement. Together housing will retain operational involvement and administrative oversight, while the appointed provider will deliver assurance, monitoring, and 24/7/365 response and support, including out-of-hours incident management.

At this stage, THA are seeking responses to our engagement questionnaire. Suppliers should email THGProcurementEOI@togetherhousing.co.uk expressing their interest in this market engagement process and request a copy of the managed network questionnaire for completion. The deadline date for submission of questionnaire responses is 23rd January 2026 at 5pm. Completed questionnaires should be submitted to THGProcurementEOI@togetherhousing.co.uk. THA may conduct meetings following the receipt of questionnaire responses and may also host market engagement sessions, such as webinars or supplier days.
