Notice Description
This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") has been issued by BlueLight Commercial who are seeking to award an Open Framework for the provision of supply, installation, and maintenance of Alcohol Breath Testing Equipment. Please refer to ITT Instructions to Bidders section 1.1. The framework will be tendered as three lots, which are as follows: * LOT 1 - Evidential Breath Testing Instruments * LOT 2 - Roadside Breath Screening Devices * LOT 3 - Installation, Calibration and Servicing & Maintenance

Evidential Breath Testing Instruments
5.1.1 This Lot provides a compliant procurement route for UK police forces and wider blue light organisations to acquire Evidential Breath Testing Instruments (EBTIs) that meet operational, technical, and evidential requirements.
Roadside Breath Screening DevicesThe purpose of this lot is to obtain Roadside Breath Screening Devices.
Servicing, Maintenance and Calibration7.1 Suppliers awarded under this Lot must be capable of delivering comprehensive servicing, maintenance, and calibration support for Evidential Breath Testing Instruments (EBTIs), in accordance with the 'Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing Instruments' Quality Framework Document, issued by the Forensic Science Service on behalf of the UK Home Office - February 1998 (Version 2).
