Notice Description
A call-off of specialist building construction and maintenance providers to deliver minor works. The minor works contracted is divided into two LOTs. Lot 1: Minor Works up to the value of PS25k Lot 2: Minor Works valued PS25k to PS250k The value is an estimate and there is no guarantee of work.

Works value (up to PS25,000.00) - Execution of different categories of associated building works as outlined below Handyperson (minor repairs) Water hygiene Mechanical and electrical services (M&E) Building fabric HVAC systems Roofs and guttering Jetting Security systems (intruder alarms, access control, CCTV) Floodlights and external lighting Drainage Footpath and external hard surface repairs General landscaping Fencing and railings Moves e.g. crate packing, physical moves, disposal clearance Graffiti removal, pest control Locksmith Automated doors and gates
General building and infrastructureInclude all associated works value within (PS25,001.00 to PS250,000.00). The building/construction works categories are as outlined below Fire alarm and detection systems fire safety systems Playground equipment repairs and sports pitch resurfacing Paddling pool/ water play and ornamental and drinking fountains Public clock repair Workplace safety equipment School kitchen equipment Combined heat and power (CHP) Heat pumps Solar panels Building management systems (BMS) Lighting control systems Conservation and heritage assets specialists Flooring maintenance and installation (terrazzo, marble, parquet, French polishing) Stone work repairs Lifts
