Works value (up to PS25,000.00) - Execution of different categories of associated building works as outlined below Handyperson (minor repairs) Water hygiene Mechanical and electrical services (M&E) Building fabric HVAC systems Roofs and guttering Jetting Security systems (intruder alarms, access control, CCTV) Floodlights and external lighting Drainage Footpath and external hard surface repairs General landscaping Fencing and railings Moves e.g. crate packing, physical moves, disposal clearance Graffiti removal, pest control Locksmith Automated doors and gates

Include all associated works value within (PS25,001.00 to PS250,000.00).
