Property Advertisement and Market Insight Solution
Notice Description
This tender is for a Property Advertisement and Market Insight Solution, which enables our Estates team of currently 25 members of staff to: 1. Access a dedicated property advertisement platform to advertise available property to let or for sale. The requirement/functionality of the platform should allow the Strategic Property Team to advertise their respective available properties in a detailed manner for their respective portfolios to fill void properties. In relation to external requirement/functionality, members of the public will be able to view available properties and enquire about the property that they are interested in. 2. Allow valuers to use a system to provide evidence of the valuation for acquisitions and leases when researching commercial properties. Valuations are typically based on actual historical sales/data along with area comparables. 3. Lot Information
Commercial Property Advertisement Platform
Access to a dedicated property advertisement platform to advertise available property to let or for sale. The requirement/functionality of the platform should allow the Strategic Property Team to advertise their respective available properties in a detailed manner for their respective portfolios to fill void properties. In relation to external requirement/functionality, members of the public will be able to view available properties and enquire about the property that they are interested in.
Options: Additional licences can be called-off if required.
Renewal: For Lot 1, the total possible contract duration is five (5) years, which consists of an initial term of two (2) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) + one (1) years.
