Lot 1. Safe to Stay Hub x 12 beds (minimum of 12 beds, all under one roof). This will also include any staffing costs to deliver the service. Location to be in Lowestoft. Lot 2. Rough Sleeping Initiative Beds x 10 (Across East Suffolk - can be dispersed or under one roof to cover both North and South under one supplier). ESC will provide staffing support through the inhouse Outreach Team for these beds' spaces.",
