Manchester City Council are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers for the Council's new Repairs and Maintenance IT Software System - Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) opportunity which will support the Council's Housing Services Directorate. The Council is determining whether a further contract, upon completion of implementation, may be required for ongoing operations, maintenance, and/or support.
