Suitable enterprises, particularly SMEs, with expertise in managing multifaceted service environments, will be well-positioned to leverage this opportunity to cater to high-standard catering, events, and retail services within a historic horticultural setting. With potential future growth from the visitor attraction industry and the heritage nature of the site, the concession model allows enterprises to innovate and introduce tailored visitor experiences.
