Cambridge Folk Festival - Bar Concessions 2026
Notice Description
Cambridge Folk Festival seeks experienced suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of bar services for the 2026 Festival, dates of which are Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 August 2026. The services are divided into multiple lots, as detailed in the RFQ. Suppliers may submit a quotation for all lots (the full scope of services) or for one or more individual lots. The successful supplier(s) will be required to supply, operate, and manage bar services for the 2026 Festival in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFQ and any resulting contract. Full details of the services required, including the breakdown of lots, specific requirements, and any additional obligations, are set out in the specification documents. Please note that the Contract Value is the unknown, as this depends on many factors i.e. amount of sales etc.

Main Bar
Main Bar Lot Within 20m x 10m marquee. Marquee is used exclusively as a bar. Marquee is provided by the Festival and recharged back to the successful Concessionaire. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
Renewal: The contract is for the 2026 Folk Festival, however, the option is there for the 2027 Folk Festival.
Cider and / or Hot Spicy Cider StallCider and/or Hot Spicy Cider Stall Lot Outside the main bar, approx. size 3m x 4m Note: Value of sales is unknown.
Renewal: The contract is for the 2026 Folk Festival, however, the option is there for the 2027 Folk Festival.
Summer Drinks BarSummer Drinks Bar Lot A bar to fit a space of 5m x 5m, a marquee can be provided and recharged to the successful Concessionaire if required. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
Renewal: The contract is for the 2026 Folk Festival, however, the option is there for the 2027 Folk Festival.
Gin BarGin Bar Lot A bar to fit with a max space of 3m x 6m, a marquee can be provided and recharged to the successful Concessionaire if required. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
Renewal: The contract is for the 2026 Folk Festival, however, the option is there for the 2027 Folk Festival.
Off SalesOff Sales Lot The festival would encourage provision of off-sales, whether this is at the main bar and/or at another location within the campsite confirmed with successful Concessionaire for this lot. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
