Notice Description

Elaros was developed in response to Covid19 pandemic and has evolved in line with data/service provision. App is based on one of the main PROMs recommended to monitor this condition - C19-YRS by NHS England. NHS England continue to recommend this tool. To support longevity of the tool, the suppliers have also included PROMS ( at service request) to support data collection re: ME/CFS Service. The tool can also be developed to support other LTC's. We have been working with this provider to support self-referrals.
