The London Fire Commissioner is procuring appliance bay doors and gates maintenance services for its fire service estate in London. Any such additions will constitute a formal Change. Planned and Reactive Maintenance Requirements - The Supplier will manage and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all service areas throughout the duration of the Agreement. - The Supplier will provide a 24/7/365 reactive maintenance and emergency call-out service.
