T2720 Hire of Marquees and associated equipment
Notice Description
This Contract covers the hire, delivery, erection, dismantling and collection of a wide range of marquees and associated equipment for Council events throughout the year. It includes multiple marquee types, furniture, flooring, lighting and supplementary items, delivered to required standards across planned and ad-hoc events. The Contractor must provide all labour, transport, materials and reporting, comply with all Health & Safety and social value requirements, and work collaboratively with the Council to meet event needs.

Options: The Council reserves the right to purchase additional marquees, equipment, furniture, labour and event-related services, and to add or remove events or locations in line with operational requirements. Additional Council-managed venues or affiliated organisations may also call off from the contract where required.
Renewal: Option to extend for a further 2 year period (1+1).
