Notice Description
This Contract is for the delivery, erection, dismantling and collection of a wide variety of marquees (range of sizes and types i.e. traditional, pagodas, stretch tent, gazebos etc) including furniture and supplementary items for Council events annually.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Options: The Council reserves the right to purchase additional marquees, equipment, furniture, labour and event-related services, and to add or remove events or locations in line with operational requirements. Additional Council-managed venues or affiliated organisations may also call off from the contract where required.
Renewal: Option to extend for a further 2 year period (1+1).
