Notice Description

This Contract covers the hire, delivery, erection, dismantling and collection of a wide range of marquees and associated equipment for Council events throughout the year. The Contractor must provide all labour, transport, materials and reporting, comply with all Health & Safety and social value requirements, and work collaboratively with the Council to meet event needs.

Lot 1

Options: The Council reserves the right to purchase additional marquees, equipment, furniture, labour and event-related services, and to add or remove events or locations in line with operational requirements. Additional Council-managed venues or affiliated organisations may also call off from the contract where required.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further 2 year period (1+1).
