Notice Description
The North Yorkshire Council (the authority) is keen to understand where the market stands in terms of overall Site Management of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Sites including provider Domestic Abuse Support to the Residents. The Authority is seeking to engage with suppliers who have experience this market to help it refine the requirements of the procurement exercise and the likely timescale for producing this work. This process will also assist the Authority in identifying the potential budget required.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist North Yorkshire Council (the authority) to understand the current market conditions. This is to inform their options for Site Management of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Sites including provider Domestic Abuse Support to the Residents. The Authority intends to use information gained from the market to inform future procurement options. This is a retrospective preliminary market engagement notice covering the RFI notice published via our e-tendering system (YORtender) in February 2025.
