Notice Description
The ongoing support and maintenance for the current ERP system. To be supplied remotely and with a budgetary value of PS1.2M (ex VAT), including optional extensions
Procurement Information
The authority awarded a new contract for a replacement ERP system in March 2025 after holding a mini competition under a CCS framework. The contract commencement date was 1 April 2025, starting with a 12 month implementation period and a go-live date of 1 April 2026. There have been multiple delays during the implementation phase and a new go-live date of 1 April 2027 is being proposed as the current date of 1 April 2026 can not be achieved. The authority therefor needs to renew the contract with the incumbent provider to enable continued support for the current ERP system
