Expressions of interest to be submitted by interested parties to the centralised inbox: Rehabilitationcat@supplychain.nhs.uk • Initial Supplier Webinar Held 21st January 2026 to start the engagement process for the upcoming procurement. • NHS Supply Chain will be hosting additional webinars on the 24th of February 2026 and 24th March 2026 to continue the engagement process for the upcoming procurement. Invites have been issued but any additional requests to join can be requested through the centralised inbox: Rehabilitationcat@supplychain.nhs.uk • An FAQ has also been produced and is attached to the Webinar invites. This will be reviewed after each hosted session, updated and emailed out to all invited attendees or non-attendees. • While no face-to-face meetings are planned, they can be discussed upon request. Please email the centralised inbox: Rehabilitationcat@supplychain.nhs.uk • HBSA (The Hairdressing & Beauty Suppliers Association) engagement has been maintained throughout the preparation of this PME to ensure alignment with service requirements and sector priorities. Meetings were held on: 22 April 2025 19 August 2025 04 November 2025 02 December 2025 12 January 2026 Further webinars may be held closer to the publication date of the procurement to cover certain mandatory aspects of the upcoming procurement and to demonstrate the eprocurement portal.
