Notice Description

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) is conducting preliminary market engagement regarding a Prevention & Protection Data Management System for West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to understand current market capabilities, implementation approaches, commercial models, and potential risks and opportunities. This RFI is not a call for competition and does not constitute an invitation to tender, nor does it form any part of a contractual process.

Planning Information

The aim of the pre-market engagement activity is to: 1. Share the Council’s intention for a potential future purchase of software 2.Engage with suppliers to understand what their proposed approach to delivering the requirements would be, which may be used to help inform the overall delivery approach and commercial strategy (including scope, delivery, market capacity and commercial approaches) 3.Understand what the market can offer in terms of skills and experience, including any innovative technology, to support the Council’s future roadmap. The pre-market engagement will be carried out via the Council's Atamis Portal, interested suppliers should register their interest and access the Request for Information document by completing the following steps: 1. View RFI document: https://atamis-7669.my.salesforce-sites.com/ProSpend__CS_PublicLandingPage?SearchType=Projects&searchStr=&sortStr=Recently+Published&page=1&filters=&County= 2.Register on the Portal: https://atamis-7669.my.site.com/ProSpend__CustomCommunitiesLogin 3.
