Notice Description

This notice relates to the renewal of an existing call-off contract for the provision of the CliniSys ICE Electronic Requesting and Results Reporting Solution. The call-off was originally awarded on 23 March 2021 under the QE Procurement Gateshead Framework. Under the terms of the call-off, the contract includes an initial period of three years followed by automatic 12-month renewals unless terminated by either party with 12 months' notice.<br/>The Trust is exercising its contractual right to continue the contract for a further 12-month period to ensure continuity of service for critical pathology and radiology requesting and reporting functionality across the organisation.
