Hampshire Resettlement Accommodation Preparation Service 2026
Notice Description
To furnish and equip matched properties for individuals and families relocating to Hampshire, primarily under the Government's Refugee Resettlement programmes including the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS), Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) and UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS) and may also include individuals and families who originally resettled under Community Sponsorship or transferred into the County. To provide procurement, delivery, set up and preparation of white goods, furniture, bedding, kitchen and bathroom equipment, and curtains/blinds in matched properties prior to family's arrival in Hampshire. To provide flexible staffing and maintain ability to operate at full capacity to support the Council in delivering the Service for up to an average of 24 properties per year, at times where the global climate requires this.
Planning Information
Hampshire County Council is seeking to procure a provider to deliver the Hampshire Property Preparation Service 2026. The service will be to furnish and equip properties that have been matched for individuals and families relocating to Hampshire, primarily under the Government’s Refugee Resettlement programmes including the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS), Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) and UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS) and may also include individuals and families who originally resettled under Community Sponsorship or transferred into the county. To support us to prepare for the tender we would like to engage with the market through a questionnaire in order to: • develop and refine service requirements • test the feasibility of alternative commercial and pricing models • understand market capacity and capability • inform the Council’s procurement and contract strategy To access the questionnaire, we kindly request that the market register on our e-tendering system: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home Once registered, please search the project reference AS28861 and express your interest to access the Market Engagement Questionnaire. Please submit your completed questionnaire through In-Tend via the AS28861 correspondence function by 10pm on the 27th March 2026. If you have any issues with access, format or other, please email AHCprocurement@hants.gov.uk Important Note This market engagement questionnaire is for information-gathering purposes only. Hampshire County Council is not committed to procuring the service at this stage. Progression to procurement is subject to budget approval and internal governance.
