Summary of the contracting process

The Royal Hospital Chelsea, a sub-central government public authority based in London, is currently in the tendering stage of procuring services for content creation and management. This tender, identified as RHC-41, is focused on advertising management, campaign services, and video-tape production. It aims to enhance the presence of a national UK charity through strategic communications content and paid media management. The tender process is openly competitive and below the threshold, requiring interested bidders to express their interest by 24th April 2026, with the tender period concluding on 11th May 2026. The contract is valued at £120,000 gross, running from 19th May 2026 to 18th May 2029.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses in the advertising and media production industries, especially those specialising in video production and media campaign management. SMEs are particularly encouraged to apply, provided they can meet the requirements such as obtaining a "Find a tender" Registration Number for the issuing of the ITT document. The competitive scoring system based on price and quality evaluation provides a fair ground for businesses aiming to deliver high-quality services while ensuring project costs are strategically managed. The successful suppliers will contribute to sustainable, impactful content and communication strategies, potentially fuelling growth and broadening their market reach within the UK charity sector.

Notice Description

Please note that this advert will be closed on 0900 24th April 2026. No further expressions of interest will be accepted after this date. The Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) seeks a suitably experienced supplier to provide a programme of high-quality communications content and paid media management.
