Platform Housing Limited has awarded a contract for the provision of a cloud-based Building Compliance Document Checking Service to support statutory compliance and asset management activities. The service provides automated validation and verification of compliance certificates submitted by contractors, structured data capture, compliance risk scoring, centralised compliance record management, and reporting functionality to support regulatory assurance and internal governance.
