The Provision of Maintenance and Repair of Schneider Building Management Systems at the University of Leicester
Notice Description
The University of Leicester is seeking proposals from suitably qualified, fully trained companies to maintain and repair existing Schneider Building Management Systems (BMS) throughout the University. The opportunity is split into 2 lots: Lot 1 for Condition-based Maintenance using Schneider Electric Building Advisor Platform & Bureau Service and Lot 2 for Traditional planned maintenance of EcoStruxure systems.
Lot Information
Condition-based Maintenance using Schneider Electric Building Advisor Platform & Bureau Service
Currently Building Analytics (BA) is installed in 9 buildings on our estate. The service provider will need to analyse the BA data and reports to formulate a maintenance schedule which is proportionate to the issues identified. They will also need to provide the PPM visits. An initial provision of four days per month is required to interpret the BA reports and resolve issues that are resolvable remotely, if appropriate. This Lot also includes the provision of the BA connectivity and Bureau Service. Bidders must be an approved Schneider Partner with Master EcoXpert status.
Renewal: 2 years until 31/07/2031
Traditional planned maintenance of EcoStruxure systemsOur system is made up of a Schnieder Electric EcoStruxure BMS installed in 79 buildings on our estate, so we need a provider who can support this system and must be an approved Schneider Partner with a minimum of Certified EcoXpert status.
Renewal: 2 years until 31/7/2031
