Options: The contract includes an option to extend for up to one additional period of one (1) year beyond the initial contract term. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council and will be subject to satisfactory performance against the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), completion of a formal performance review, continued service requirements, budget availability, and internal governance approval. No extension is automatic or guaranteed, and any extension will be confirmed in writing by the Council.

Renewal: The contract may be extended for up to one additional period of one (1) year.
