The works will be carried out on the mezzanine level overlooking a large hangar space, requiring careful coordination, adherence to safety standards, and consideration of the operational environment. This tender invites bidders with demonstrable expertise in exhibition fit out, deinstallation, and working within complex indoor structures to deliver the project to a high standard and within the specified timeframe. The scope of works covers the full removal of the existing exhibition within the AirSpace mezzanine level and the complete installation of a new exhibition in accordance with the design information provided by IWM. The contractor will be responsible for carrying out all works in a controlled and phased manner to ensure safe operation within the wider hangar environment, which will remain active during the project.
