Notice Description

The Welsh Parliament (Senedd Cymru) are looking to work with 1 supplier for their Corporately Branded Events & Exhibitions contract. This requirement will focus on the design and set up of branded stands at events and exhibitions, giving the Senedd a visible presence at key events, and promoting the Senedd's brand.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: There may be options to attend additional events where the Commission will need to work with the supplier to ensure the Senedd is present and meets the quality the Commission expects.

Renewal: The contract will initially run for 3 years. If agreed by the Commission and the supplier, there is an opportunity to extend for 2 years in 2 12-month intervals. Full details are included in the specification.

The information gathered through this engagement will support the Welsh Parliament in shaping any subsequent procurement strategy. Participation is voluntary, and responses will be used for research and planning purposes only.
