Emergency Response Equipment and Associated Services Framework 2026 - 2033
Notice Description
This framework is for the Supply and Delivery of Emergency Response Equipment and Associated Services. The tender exercise will be in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 following the open tender procedure. The Framework Agreement will be available to access by UK Fire and Rescue Services and other services, customer and agents, which can be viewed in the ITT. Potential suppliers bidding for the framework must hold or be willing to obtain insurance cover to the following minimum levels: Public Liability: PS5 million, Products Liability: PS1 million and Employers Liability: PS5 million. The Lots available to bid for are: Rescue Tools and Stabilisation Equipment, Fluid Transfer Equipment and Compressed Air Foam Systems, Positive Pressure Ventilation Fans and Smoke Curtains, Thermal Imaging Cameras, Working at Height Equipment and Gas Detection Monitors.

Rescue Tools, Stabilisation and Protection Equipment
Renewal: The initial framework would be live from 7th September 2026 until 6th September 2029. The Authority would then open up the framework at the end of year three to existing suppliers on the framework and to other suppliers that wish to tender for the next framework within the scheme. The framework can then be opened up again before the end of the eight years.
Fluid Transfer and Compressed Air FoamFluid Transfer Equipment within a Fire Service Environment
Renewal: The initial framework would be live from 7th September 2026 until 6th September 2029. The Authority would then open up the framework at the end of year three to existing suppliers on the framework and to other suppliers that wish to tender for the next framework within the scheme. The framework can then be opened up again before the end of the eight years.
PPV Fans and Smoke CurtainsEquipment designed for the Positive Flow of Air in a Fire Service environment, where it may be required for the purposes of fire and smoke control.
