Notice Description
The Royal Household and a number of affiliated organisations (for ease, referred to as 'The Royal Household' here) have a requirement for the provision of a finance system, and associated services including implementation, training, and ongoing support. The Royal Household has been using its existing Finance Systems for more than 15 years, and migration to new software is required. The Royal Household is seeking to award a contract for software & implementation, with an initial five year term, to meet this requirement. "features": "In Stage 1, bidders will be asked to submit a Procurement Specific Questionnaire, which will be used to shortlist the five top-scoring suppliers who will be taken forward to Stage 2. In Stage 2, bidders will be asked to provide a hands-on demo session and a written bid including pricing, which will be used to further shortlist the three top-scoring suppliers who will be taken forward to Stage 3. In Stage 3, there will be Dialogue sessions with suppliers and the Royal Household, to discuss aspects of the bid and refine the proposed approach. Written bids and pricing will then be re-submitted by suppliers with any amendments following the discussions. The contract will be awarded to the highest scoring supplier after evaluation of materials submitted in Stage 3."
