No response is required from interested parties regarding this notice however HMCTS intend to publish a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) notice in due course.
Planning Information
It is anticipated that the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) period will run from now until the end of December 2026. HMCTS intends to use this period to refine its requirements and delivery model through various activities, which may include, but is not limited to: • Online supplier surveys. • One-to-one clarification sessions. Specific details, dates, and access for these activities will be shared with suppliers who are registered and expressed their interest via the e-sourcing portal. How to Register To participate in this PME and receive further updates, interested parties must be registered on the e-sourcing portal, Jaggaer. Suppliers can register by accessing Jaggaer through the following link: https://ministryofjusticecommercial.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html Suppliers can then express interest against Pre-Qualification Question (PQQ) PQQ_578 in order to be included in future communications. The PQQ functionality is being used for communication only, responses are not evaluated or used for selection in any way.
