Test Valley Borough Council wishes to appoint one suitably qualified contractor to complete the erection of new fences and undertake fencing repairs across its estate on a call-off arrangement. The contract will run from July 2026 for a period of 2 years (24 Months), with the option for a further 1 year extension.
