PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PIPELINE NOTICE - NOT LIVE TENDER OPPORTUNITY This upcoming opportunity is for a development partner to deliver and operate keyworker housing at the Rotherhithe New Road and 25 Cherry Gardens Street sites. Estimated cost to the council is nil with onward value to the developer of an estimated PS120-160M. While there is no cost to the council there may be a potential value of underwriting the design fees at an estimated cost of PS1.5M.
