Ahead of the full procurement process PCH wish to undertake pre-market engagement to explore supplier options and services available. The regulatory landscape for social housing has evolved significantly in recent years, with enhanced safety requirements, strengthened consumer standards, and greater regulatory scrutiny. As a result, we are seeking OOH service partners who can deliver reliable, compliant, customer focused services backed by strong reporting and robust operational resilience. Suppliers will need to demonstrate their ability to support our regulatory obligations, work collaboratively on service improvement, and provide focused services backed by strong reporting and robust operational resilience.
