Bydd y contractau yn golygu cefnogi pobl ag anableddau sydd eisiau gweithio i ganfod cyflogaeth gynaliadwy yn lleol. Mae Lleoliad a Chymorth Unigol yn integreiddio cefnogaeth a chyflogaeth ochr yn ochr a gwasanaethau iechyd sylfaenol ac eilaidd, a gwasanaethau cymorth eraill. Yn ddelfrydol bydd yr integreiddio yma'n digwydd ar lefel gorfforol, drwy gydleoli a pholisiau eraill, lle y bo'n briodol. Suppliers are being sought to deliver Supported Employment Individual Placement and Support (IPS) contracts within the employability sector as part of the Connect to Work North Wales Programme, specifically in the County of Flintshire. The contracts will involve supporting people with disabilities who want to work to find local sustainable employment. IPS integrates employment support alongside primary and secondary health services, and other support services. This integration ideally occurs at a physical level, through co-location and other policies, where applicable. IPS has been successfully utilised by areas working with DWP to deliver the 'Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care [IPSPC] programme to support individuals with mild to moderate health and/or physical health conditions. CtW will utilise and expand on the approach taken with IPSPC. Whilst CtW will complement the existing IPS provision for people with severe mental illness [IPS-SMI] and IPS Alcohol and Drug Dependence [IPS-AD], these will remain separate IPS services. The CtW service is to be delivered equitably across the whole of Flintshire so that every resident has equal access/opportunity to the same level and quality of service regardless of place.
