The successful supplier will deliver the software, implementation services, data migration, training, and ongoing support necessary to ensure a smooth transition and long-term suitability. The Contract will be for an initial term of 5 years extendable in up to two periods of up to 5 years, giving a total including full extensions of up to 15 years (the Term). Abri expect individual extensions to consist of 3-4 years but may extend for 5 years where seen fit and providing suitable value.

        "riskDetails": "Known Unknowns causing possible Modification 4.3.1.1 Addition or amendment to licences, access, account volumes - 150% Contract Value set against this modification total There may be a need to change, increase, decrease or add new geography locations as Abri continues to grow. We are unable to advise if any future growth will lead to a change in geography, but Abri requires the ability to amend the current landscape and geography of our area of service need increasing the total properties under management and members of Abri required to cover these properties. For avoidance of doubt, this will not be geography outside of the UK but may extend beyond the UK Mainland. This includes an supply provision under the contract as well as any associated services. Abri will work with existing service providers to obtain best value for money in the addition / amendment. Due to the uncertain nature of the modification Abri have allocated a possible 150% addition to the Annual contract budget scope to ensure transparency at the forefront in the event this contract modification is needed. 4.3.1.2 Addition or amendment to modules or other additional solution functions - 50% Annual contract value set against this modification total There may be a change to the needs of Abri through the life of the agreement due to the possible innovation within the project area, this may require Abri to obtain additional, new or innovative service elements which could not be accounted for at the start of the project and would not be possible to obtain from an alternative provider due to system integration and business requirements to reduce multi system dependency. 4.3.1.3 Migration to cover service disruption - 100% contract value set for this modification total. In the rare unforeseen event that a current required system outside of the initial scope of this tender fails without resolution with the provider of such solution. Due to these solutions being business critical Abri may need the provider under this agreement to provide a temporary replacement solution to ensure service continuity while Abri undertakes a new solution tender. This modification is only applicable if the provider of the Housing Finance Solution also has a suitable solution for the required area. 4.3.2 Unknown Unknowns causing possible Modification 4.3.2.1 Additional extension periods to cover unforeseen issues preventing a suitable tender process - 50% of Yearly Contract value + CPI for each year within the initial and extension period set aside against this modification total. The addition of up to four twelve month periods to ensure service continuity in the event of high business change or challenge. This includes: future unplanned merger(s), future unplanned rebranding(s), non-preventable organisational restructure(s), Legislative amendments affecting a suitable procedure to be undertaken, natural disaster effecting Abri, War time impacts effecting Abri, UK Wide Economical disaster. In the event that these additional period modifications are needed Abi will work with suppliers to obtain best value and seek to re-tender as soon as practical. The value of this modification is set at the yearly rate of the Contract plus CPI with an allocated possible 50% addition to the Annual contract budget scope to ensure transparency at the forefront in the event this contract modification is needed. 4.3.2.2 Additional Value for product and sector innovations where a introduction of new technology may increase the level of service or reduce the impact to the environment - 50% of total contract value The addition of up to 50% of awarded contract value to ensure Abri can take advantage of any new or innovative methods / technologies which result in a higher level of service Abri can provide as a Housing Association. This modification is intended to be used in the event of new unknown technology or innovations during the life of the contract which are not part of the natural business sector growth which is accounted for in the contract requirements or amendment 4.3.1.2 listed above."
