The City of Doncaster Council is undertaking a market engagement exercise to better understand the current market for the provision of: * Operated plant (plant with operator) * Non operated plant (self-drive hire) * Vehicles (without drivers) * Portable Buildings The purpose of this engagement is to: * Understand current market capacity, availability and constraints * Identify key risks such as operator/driver shortages, seasonal pressures and supply chain challenges * Review pricing structures and inflation drivers * Seek feedback on a proposed procurement approach * Ensure any future procurement is proportionate, accessible and easy for suppliers to engage with This is not a call for competition and does not form part of any formal procurement process.
