The MHCS Next programme is a major digital transformation, aiming to deploy a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across approximately 176 clinical services in Mental Health, Community Health, and Therapies. The bespoke structure of clinical data in the legacy PARIS system adds significant complexity to the EPR migration programme, necessitating an early focus on the Data Migration strategy.
