Karbon Homes procured grounds maintenance across its operational areas in the North East of England. Karbon Homes wish to appoint experienced and competent Contractors to deliver grounds maintenance services. The main areas requiring maintenance are: * A multitude of public open space sites which are mainly grassed, ranging from large parks to open spaces of just a few square metres. * Grounds maintenance at a variety of other owned properties located throughout the Karbon geographical footprint. All documents relating to this tender are available to download from the Panacea e-Sourcing portal. Submission Instructions: Electronically via the e-Sourcing portal. Suppliers must submit one copy of their tender electronically, with any additional documents required or requested. Documents must be compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe/PDF.
