Notice Description

This tender opportunity has been issued by St Christopher's C of E (Primary) Multi Academy Trust ("the Trust") and Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of ICT Managed Services ("the Service"). Full details of all contract requirements are given in this Document 2. Specification of Requirement. 2. The proposed contract is intended to secure a high-quality, responsive and strategically aligned ICT managed service for the Trust. The Successful Contractor will be expected to deliver a service that: a. provides cost-effective, high-quality technical support, systems management and ICT consultancy; b. offers transparent and comprehensive pricing to enable effective budget management across the contract term; c. acts as the Trust's single point of accountability for ICT support and for liaison with relevant third-party providers; d. and manages and supports the Trust's ICT environment across its full lifecycle, including strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, user support and continuous improvement.

Options: The Contract Value is split by the following and has inflation built in: PS600k Managed Service PS400k IT Hardware Procurement The Tenderer shall note the following specific contract modifications relevant to this procurement: a. New Schools may join the Trust during the term of the contract; therefore, a contract variation may be required. A pricing assessment will be completed and agreed by the Tenderer and the Trust for each new school in such instances. b. The quantities requiring maintenance may be amended during the course of the contract, either additions or subtractions, and reasonable adjustments made to the payments as agreed by the Tenderer and the Trust. c. Additional activities to existing items may be required of the Tenderer which an additional payment will be agreed by the Tenderer and the Trust.

Renewal: The possible extension of two (2) further years, in 12-month intervals (3 +1+1).
