[PME NOTICE] Hexagon Housing - Procurement of Specialist, Excluded and Overflow Repairs
Notice Description
Hexagon is exploring the establishment of one or more contracts (most likely term-based and/or framework call-off arrangements) to deliver repairs and maintenance works that fall outside, or supplement, the scope of its principal repairs contract. Indicatively, the opportunity is expected to cover: * Excluded works - works that sit outside the scope or value thresholds of the principal repairs contract; * Specialist repairs and trades - for example damp, mould and condensation works, roofing, drainage, electrical and heating works, fire safety, aids and adaptations, and similar specialisms; * Planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) - cyclical and programmed activity; * Additional geographic and trade capacity - supporting delivery across Hexagon's operating area; and * Flexible "overflow" capacity - to provide resilience at times of peak demand.
