Notice Description

Newcastle City Council (NCC) is seeking to better understand the market in relation to solutions that support the safety of lone workers, while also meeting operational and health and safety requirements. The Council is interested in engaging with suppliers that can provide an integrated solution incorporating lone working functionality, workforce management, and rostering. Solutions should be capable of supporting reablement services and flexible, high-change care delivery models.

Suppliers are encouraged to register their interest as early as possible by reading the available documents via the OPEN portal and expressing their interest. Open: https://www.open-uk.org/ Project: Lone Working, Workforce Management and Rostering Solution Reference: # OPEN20261310 All correspondence should be submitted through the portal. Please only contact sophie.hendry@newcastle.gov.uk if absolutely necessary. Please register via the OPEN portal for a preferred time slot as early as possible, and no later than 4:30pm on Friday 3 July 2026. Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
