Notice Description
The purpose of this tender is to create a framework of venues in Merseyside and Cheshire suitable for a range of activities including everything from small gatherings/meetings of up to 40 delegates to larger functions of up to 350 delegates. These include flexibility to deliver a variety of formats including workshops, seminars, larger conferences and more formal staff engagement events such as awards or dinners. Lot Information
Lot 1 - Small Events (Up to 40 Delegates)
Provision of venue, catering and associated event support services for meetings, workshops, seminars and small gatherings for up to 40 delegates.
Renewal: The Framework agreement shall commence on the date to be advised by LSTM in the Contract Award Document issued to the Contractor in due course and is intended to continue for a maximum period of 4 [four] years.
Lot 2 - Medium and Large Events (40-350 Delegates)Provision of venue, catering and associated event support services for conferences, workshops, lectures, networking events, awards ceremonies and formal dinners for between 40 and 350 delegates.
Renewal: As stated in ITT
Lot 3 - Medium and Large Events (40-350 Delegates) - Advanced AV CapabilityProvision of venue, catering and associated event support services for larger workshops, conferences, symposiums, high-profile stakeholder events, international meetings, awards ceremonies and hybrid events involving both in-person and remote participation. Venues to have flexibility in layout to accommodate different formats such as theatre style seating or round tables/workshop set up and multiple, smaller breakout spaces. The venue must provide all requirements under Lot 2 plus enhanced AV and event production capability.
