Site Steam Upgrade Project - Principal Contractor Design & Installation Package
Notice Description
The contract is for a single supplier to act as the Principal Contractor and complete all works as follows: * Stage 4 mechanical, electrical & civils design * Enabling works for new steam & condensate return connections located on EC1 steam distribution and WBH. * Supply and installation of steam and condensate equipment. * Supply and installation of new steam connection & condensate return including all required equipment and associated civil & steelworks. * Deliver a phased changeover of steam delivery from the WBH to the newly installed connection fed from EC1. * Decommission, removal and disposal of WBH and associated redundant equipment. * Disconnection and isolation of gas, compressed air and mains water. * Commissioning and handover including Project Information Folder (PIF) is provided to the client Project Manager
