The Consumer Council for Northern Ireland is procuring services to continue its Northern Ireland Household Expenditure Tracker. The publication particularly focuseson Northern Ireland's lowest earning, most vulnerable households. As a continuation of work from it current contract , the Consumer Council intends to award a supplier to provide NI consumer data and the relevant analysis and reporting that will allow us to continue to publish a quarterly household expenditure tracker.
