ID 6317199 - DFE - Consumer Council - NI HOUSEHOLD EXPENDITURE TRACKER DATA 2026 - 2028 - The Northern Ireland Household Expenditure Tracker was established in 2022 . It is a quarterly publication establishing a measure for the financialwellbeing of Northern Ireland households. It is produced using economic data andnowcast modelling, which calculates the income, expenditure and discretionary income of average NI households across four income quartiles. The publication particularly focuseson Northern Ireland's lowest earning, most vulnerable households. As a continuation of work from it current contract , the Consumer Council intends to award a supplier to provide NI consumer data and the relevant analysis and reporting that will allow us to continue to publish a quarterly household expenditure tracker.
