Properties include offices, depots, public halls, museums and visitor centres, sports centres and changing rooms, community centres, public conveniences, public car parks and bus stations, commercial and industrial premises, housing including temporary accommodation and houses in multiple occupation. General description of works split into each trade below: Plumbing works can include: Removing and replacing sanitary ware Works to taps, wastes and traps Repairs or replacement to hot and cold water installations Alterations to pipework, hot/cold/radiator circuits. Repairs or replacement to above ground drainage systems Unblocking toilets and other waste pipework. New plumbing installations Repairs or replacement to rainwater goods New or replacement of existing underground water supply pipes.
