LCCC is exploring the market and supplier capability as part of its mid-term planning for future settlement service arrangements, in the context of increasing CfD portfolio scale, growing data and transaction volumes, and the need for secure, efficient and well-controlled settlement operations. Participation in this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice gives suppliers early visibility of the potential opportunity and the chance to provide insight on available solutions, delivery models and market capability. Engagement format: Questionnaire response / one-to-one meetings / workshops Contact route: Suppliers wishing to participate in this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise are required to register their interest on the Delta e-Sourcing Portal https://lccc.delta-esourcing.com/ which will be used to manage this PME and to communicate with all participants. Registration and completion/submission of the completed questionnaire must be by no later than 12 noon on the 14th August 2026.
