The scope of services will include, but is not limited to: *Domestic valuations, including Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA); *Commercial valuations, typically relating to small retail units; *Land and site valuations for development purposes; *Land valuations associated with small disposals; *Shared Ownership resale valuations; *Market rent valuations; *Market sales valuations; *Section 106 (1999 Act) valuations; *Valuations for lease extensions. In addition, the panel will be required to provide: *Buyback valuations and support with land/property purchase negotiations; *Professional advice and Negotiation services to ensure value for money and robust decision-making. Valuations may be undertaken through a combination of: *Physical site inspections, and *Desktop valuation exercises, where appropriate and in line with RICS standards.
