The procurement is for the specialist engineering expertise to safely undertake repairs on live pressurised systems and supply both off the shelf products and bespoke fittings required to maintain and repair critical assets. The scope includes planned and reactive services, emergency response services, fabrication and installation of pipework and fittings across both the clean and waste water operating networks..

Standard Fitting Supply
Provision of standard off-the-shelf under-pressure pipeline fittings, components and associated accessories required to support the operation, maintenance and repair of DCC's water and wastewater network infrastructure.
Options: Additional pipe and fittings maybe added to the schedule of rates
Renewal: The contract can be extended for a maximum of 5 years( 2 + 2 + 1), based on supplier performance and operational circumstances.
Bespoke Fabrication North WalesProvision of specialist design, fabrication and manufacture of bespoke pipeline fittings, assemblies and associated components to meet operational, maintenance and emergency response requirements across water and wastewater network in North Wales.
Options: Additional fabrication work maybe added to the schedule of rates
Renewal: The contract can be extended for a maximum of 5 years( 2 + 2 + 1), based on supplier performance and operational circumstances.
