Public Services Delivery Scotland, for the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service, intends to replace its existing fleet of digital temperature and humidity data loggers. The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) intends to procure a replacement fleet of digital temperature and humidity data loggers, together with associated software, support and calibration services. The solution must support temperature monitoring across a range of-196degC to +80degC and, where required, relative humidity monitoring between 10% and 80% RH. The system should support both analogue and digital probes, with a preference for digital probe technology, and provide local display, configurable alarms, audit functionality and connectivity to cloud-based or on-premises monitoring platforms. Equipment must be CE/UKCA marked and support calibration to UKAS-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 standards. SNBTS is particularly interested in solutions that support a digital probe calibration exchange service, allowing calibrated replacement probes to be exchanged without removing the logger from service. The service should include UKAS-traceable calibration, provision of "as found" calibration reports, and ongoing lifecycle support to minimise operational downtime.
