Notice Description

Transport for Wales (TfW) intends to award a contract directly to Team Tech for the provision of the GoldSTAR Season Ticket Database, a specialist system used to manage season ticket customer records, products, travel entitlements and associated lifecycle activities across the TfW rail network. The system supports a range of critical operational functions, including customer service, retail operations, business processes and management reporting. The proposed contract will be awarded for an initial term of four years, with options to extend for up to a further two years (1+1 years).
