Summary of the contracting process

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group Limited is procuring building and property maintenance works for its social housing properties in Manchester and the surrounding area. Lot Information

General Building Responsive Repairs

Lot 1 covers day-to-day building repairs and maintenance works to occupied WCHG properties. WCHG intends to appoint up to 10 suppliers to a ranked list for these works.

Renewal: 3 + 3 + 2 x 12 month extensions

Specialist Trade

Lot 2 comprises four independently evaluated and ranked specialist sub-lots: Lot 2A - Asphalt Repairs: Up to 2 contractors appointed. Lot 2B - Drainage Works: Up to 2 contractors appointed. Lot 2C - Damp & Mould Remediation: Up to 5 contractors appointed. Lot 2D - Environmental Cleaning & Property Clearance: Up to 2 contractors appointed.

Renewal: 3 + 3 + 2 x 12 month extensions

(Empty Home (Voids))

Up to 5 contractors will be appointed to Lot 3 (Empty Homes (Voids)). Work will be allocated dynamically based on contractor capacity, performance, quality, value for money, and ability to meet agreed turnaround times. Each contractor will be limited to 5 open void properties at any one time.

Renewal: 3 + 3 + 2 x 12 month extensions
