Summary of the contracting process

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is procuring construction works to improve 31 bungalows within Stoke-on-Trent. The requirement covers renewal of external cladding and roofing, installation of integrated meter box doors, associated external lighting, extraction fans and hard-wired smoke detection. It also includes repainting handrails and cleaning after completion. Asbestos removal is excluded from this contract and will be carried out by others.
