Summary of the contracting process

Resilience Multi-Academy Trust is procuring a residential Year 7 outdoor education and adventurous activity programme for students from its academies. Tender responses were to be submitted electronically by email, using the subject heading ‘Tender Response: Y7 Resilience Camp’, by 11 September 2026 at 5pm. The contract period set out for the requirement runs from 5 October 2026 to 5 October 2027. The total estimated value is £150,000 excluding VAT, or £180,000 including VAT. There is one lot. Resilience Multi Academy Trust is seeking tenders from suitably qualified outdoor education providers to deliver a residential Year 7 Resilience Camp programme for students from across our academies. The Trust wishes to appoint a provider capable of delivering an engaging, high-quality outdoor and adventurous activity programme that supports student transition into secondary education, develops resilience, confidence, teamwork and independence, and promotes positive relationships between students and staff. The provider will be responsible for the full delivery of accommodation, catering, activities, instructional staff, equipment and site facilities. The Trust requires: * Eight residential camp programmes, each 2.5 days each and back-to-back over 4 consecutive weeks * Each programme to accommodate up to: o 120 students o 14 Trust colleagues o Approximately between 100 - 140 participants per residential including staff per half week. The dates of the residential trips (unfortunately we cannot be flexible on these) are: o Week 1: 6th - 10th September 2027 o Week 2: 13th - 17th September 2027 o Week 3: 20th - 24th September 2027 o Week 4: 27th September - 1st October 2027
