Notice Description
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board is seeking suitably qualified providers to deliver the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service across nine locality Lots. The service will provide early intervention work and health support to help people with health conditions or disabilities to start, stay in or return to work.
Lot Information
Sefton
Delivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service within the Sefton locality, providing integrated work and health support to eligible participants in accordance with the Service Specification.
Options: The contract may be extended for up to two further periods of 12 months (1+1), subject to confirmation of continued funding from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the national Spending Review, satisfactory performance and the ICB's ongoing requirements. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the ICB.
Renewal: The contract may be extended for up to two further periods of 12 months (1+1), subject to confirmation of continued funding from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the national Spending Review, satisfactory performance and the ICB's ongoing requirements. Cheshire West & ChesterDelivery of the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service within the Cheshire West & Chester locality, providing integrated work and health support to eligible participants in accordance with the Service Specification.
